Procore Pricing: What the Quote Is Based On

Procore pricing uses a custom annual quote based on products and Annual Construction Volume, with unlimited users and published cost-protection options.

Quick verdict

Procore does not publish a fixed dollar price for a generic plan. Its current pricing page says pricing depends on the products selected and the amount of construction performed. Procore charges an upfront annual fee by product and based on Annual Construction Volume (ACV), defined as the aggregate dollar value of construction work across the buyer’s projects.

That makes the useful question “What product bundle, ACV and contract protections are in my quote?”—not “What is the monthly sticker price?”

How We Evaluated

This refresh uses sourced evidence, not hands-on testing. The vendor pricing page was checked on September 29, 2026.

  • Sourced: Procore directs buyers to a custom quote instead of displaying a fixed dollar plan price.
  • Sourced: It charges an upfront annual fee by product and ACV.
  • Sourced: Core contracts include unlimited users, unlimited data and 24/7 support; Field Productivity is the stated FTE-priced exception.
  • Sourced: Procore describes multi-year volume pools, volume opt-in and renewal-rate protection as available deal structures.

No current implementation duration, anonymous quote range or third-party cost estimate is presented as fact.

The Pricing Model

Procore’s pricing page says it charges an upfront annual fee by product and based on ACV. Buyers may select products individually, and enhancements to purchased products are delivered without additional cost during the contract.

For core access, Procore advertises unlimited users, unlimited data storage and 24/7 support. The public exception is Field Productivity, which is priced based on FTE. Read the current pricing model before translating “unlimited users” into “everything is unlimited”: product scope, ACV and the FTE exception still matter.

What Public Sources Agree On

The current official Procore page establishes the deal shape without publishing a dollar amount: custom quote, upfront annual fee, pricing by product and ACV, unlimited core users and an FTE-priced Field Productivity exception.

It also publishes three ways a negotiated contract may address future cost uncertainty. Multi-year pools set contract volume for a multi-year term and allow it to be consumed during that period. Volume opt-in establishes contractual pricing for added mid-term volume. Renewal-rate protection sets rates in advance for future renewals. Availability and exact language belong in the written proposal and contract.

Quote Inputs To Model

Input What the vendor publishes What to request
Products Annual fee is by product Module-by-module recurring price
ACV Aggregate value of construction work across projects Measurement period, inclusions and reconciliation rule
Field Productivity Priced based on FTE FTE definition and count method
Users and data Unlimited in core contracts Confirm collaborator roles and any product-specific limits
Added volume Volume opt-in may set mid-term pricing Rate and approval process
Multi-year term A multi-year volume pool may smooth consumption Pool amount, carryover and overage treatment
Renewal Renewal-rate protection may be set up front Exact protected rates and duration
Services Implementation and onboarding services are offered Deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and price

How To Estimate Before The Call

Prepare a quote worksheet before the demo. List required products, prior-year and forecast ACV, any Field Productivity FTEs, integrations, migration, training and reporting setup. Ask for a first-year total, steady-state annual total and every one-time service line.

Then request the contract language for ACV measurement, extra volume, multi-year pools, renewal protection, data export and termination. Compare that total with the framework in BuilderBuzz’s construction software pricing guide. A public page can explain the pricing model; only the written quote and contract can price your account.

Who The Model Fits

Procore says it partners with owners, general contractors, specialty contractors and other project stakeholders. The unlimited-user model is most relevant where many employees and external collaborators need controlled access to the same project record.

That does not create a published minimum company size. Evaluate fit through the Procore review and compare Procore alternatives when the required workflows do not justify an ACV-based, product-scoped annual quote. A smaller contractor may still fit; a large contractor may not if the selected products do not solve its actual controls. See the vendor pricing FAQ.
